About Hencove
Hencove is a creative marketing agency working with businesses at the intersection of healthcare, finance, and technology industries. Yes, some check all three boxes. Our work for these companies spans the marketing stack—from strategy and ideation to planning and management to execution and measurement. We build brands, drive impactful engagement, and create industry leaders. For more than a decade, we’ve supported leading brands that share our mission of making communities stronger, safer, and more secure. We’re a remote-company with our team centrally located around Boston and New York City, and offer access to shared workspace for collaboration and connectivity.
About the Team & Role
To do what we do well, we rely on marketing generalists to lead our efforts—spearheading the client relationship, tackling what they can, and pulling in colleagues as needed to ensure we’re delivering the highest quality work. We call these our Bees. They like to be busy and work well as a team. We also have Blobfish, our creative and development team. They’re Blobfish because our creative team has a sense of humor, and we like that. And Ligers are our marketing specialists. They’re hybrid marketers and they’re special, just ask them.
We’re hiring for an Associate Marketing Manager to support our Bees and work across a variety of client relationships and marketing disciplines. The Associate Marketing Manager role is a blend of an in-house marketer on a small team wearing many hats, combined with the responsibilities and opportunities of life at an agency. In other words, you’ll get your hands dirty in the work, and support the client and project management side of things as well.
